A true Gemini, I embrace my dual nature.  As the creative force behind ALLIYETTE, my fine jewelry brand, I tell stories through designs that celebrate heritage, elegance, and bold Caribbean flair. When I’m not developing jewelry or running programs, I treasure moments to read (a rare treat!) or share inspiring stories on my blog  “Guyanese Girls Rock!—because celebrating incredible women is my thing. 

 

Beyond my work, my greatest joy comes from my family. I’m proud to have been a military mom twice over, thanks to my two incredible sons and a doting grandmother. Peter—my partner in love and life—and I have been married for 25 years (and counting)!  Whether diving into a creative project, mentoring young women, or juggling family life, I thrive on variety and balance. Life is full, but it’s also deeply meaningful as I give back through service on various boards and embrace spirituality through meditation, affirmations, and prayer. 

 

Through it all, I strive to find beauty and joy in every journey and believe in living a life of passion, purpose, and just the right amount of sparkle.
